IGNOU has recently revised its fees for MAIT programme and we have updated new fees on this page. Here candidates can find complete fees for MAIT (M.Tech in Advanced Information Technology with specialization in Microelectronics & VLSI Design) by year or semester.
MAIT Revised Fees Structure:
- Total Programme Fees: Rs. 2,40,460 + Rs. 200 Registration Fees
When to pay my MAIT Fees?
If MAIT student wants to apply through online then they have to pay their fees by online method at the time of submitting application form. If MAIT student wants to apply through offline mode then they can pay their fees through demand draft which must be sent to concerned regional centre where IGNOU MAIT programme offered.
How to pay MAIT Fees?
As per current IGNOU Fees Structure, Candidates can pay MAIT Exam and Registration Fees through online mode by Debit Card or Credit Card and Net Banking. For offline payment, two options are available and those are Demand Draft (DD) and Cash Challan.
MAIT Fees Refund Policy:
As per IGNOU rules and regulations, once paid MAIT Fees will not refundable to students under any circumstances. MAIT Fees also not adjustable to any other interested programme so candidates will be self responsible for that cancellation. If IGNOU University reject or denied application of any MAIT student then their complete fees will be refunded to student after deduction of MAIT registration fee. Refund will be send to student from where they made payment.
