IGNOU Provisional Marksheet & Certificate Dec 2023 – We would like to inform our students that IGNOU sends the provisional mark sheet and certificate to all students after completing their particular year or semester for the admitted program. If candidates had completed any of the most recent term examinations then now time to receive IGNOU Marksheet and certificate from the university head office.
Keep in mind that the process of IGNOU Marksheet is accomplished through offline mode and every student will be getting their documents from IGNOU Head Office, Delhi so there is no need to visit your regional centre too early to inquire about IGNOU Provisional Marksheet and Certificate.

We also want to clarify that the certificate and marksheet may take up to 40 days to get delivered to the address of particular students. The time duration may vary for each student so if your friend got the documents and you haven’t received them from IGNOU Head Office then you don’t need to worry about it. You can keep in touch with your nearest post office and confirm that is it was delivered to them or not.
The IGNOU Marksheet Dispatch process is beginning only after the declaration of the complete IGNOU Result for the term-end examination so if your complete result is updated at the IGNOU site then ready to receive your provisional from IGNOU.
Note – IGNOU University is not issuing IGNOU Marksheet through online mode so there is no question arises to Download IGNOU Marksheet Online. IGNOU Students will get only printed versions of the Marksheet from the university for every year or semester.
How to Get IGNOU Marksheet?
It is the common question that arises in the mind of every student how to get the IGNOU Marksheet so here is an answer to it. First of all, we want to confirm that there is no procedure that needs to be followed by the students and there is no need to submit an application form to IGNOU to receive your marksheet. The procedure for IGNOU Provisional Marksheet and Certificate is fully automatic so you will get your documents through India Post to your registered address.
IGNOU Marksheet Dispatch Status December 2023
Many of the IGNOU students will get started to receive their provisional marksheet and certificate to their address via post so students are requested to get in touch with their post office to check their documents if it is reach to there. IGNOU Marksheet for December 2023 session is expected to get delivered to student’s address ontime because of timely taken of Term end exam.
Generally, the student has no need to track their mark sheet status for December 2023 and June 2023 because the IGNOU head office will be sent your provisional marksheet and certificate to your address by post. If your address is correctly updated with IGNOU then you will get documents via post. You can also connect with your local post office for any updates on your documents from the IGNOU head office.
If your documents are returned back to IGNOU because of the wrong address or any other issues then you will be able to check the status of your returned documents from this page. The link to track the returned provisional marksheet and certificate will be available here after some time. You may also connect with your regional centre to check whether it is returned back to your RC or not.

Things to Verify in the IGNOU Marksheet
- Candidates have to confirm that the same marks are printed on the marksheet which was shown on the Result page at the IGNOU site
- Confirm that the Term-end exam session is written correctly
- Verify your Name, Course Code, Percentage, and Grade printed on the Marksheet
If you find any errors in the marksheet indicated above then contact your regional centre as fast as possible to make a correction by submitting an application with relevant documents and fees.
Can I Collect IGNOU Marksheet Personally?
Yes, you can. If any candidates don’t want to wait for marksheet to be delivered to their address then that person can personally collect the IGNOU Marksheet from IGNOU Head Office by visiting the concerned department at Maidan Garhi. The option is for those candidates who want their provisional documents to apply for further studies or jobs.

If IGNOU took a longer time to deliver your marksheet or certificate to your address then you can now raise a request or complaint at igram.ignou.ac.in or you can also contact the concerned authority by emailing at bdresult@ignou.ac.in or mdresult@ignou.ac.in. You can also raise a complaint at igram.ignou.ac.in to get the exact status of your provisional marksheet and certificate of IGNOU.

Hey Riya so i recently got my marksheet and provisional certificate for bcom a&f. you need to send scan copies of your ca marksheets (ipcc cpt etc) to ignou and then they will process it. basically the icai has to approve credit transfers of your ipcc marks to your ignou grades. after that is done they will process your marksheets. i dont remember the exact email id but you will find it in the prospectus or if you google it. this will take some time so be prepared to wait for a month or two. i have been following up since may and only got my marksheets a few days back.. anyway, just send your scanned ca marksheets to ignou and then wait for you bcom marksheets and provisional certificate. all the best!
