IGNOU MEC Syllabus 2024 - Here, Candidates will be able to find the latest syllabus structure for the IGNOU MEC program. IGNOU MEC Syllabus Structure is available with a credit system in which each of the courses is given appropriate credit. IGNOU has implemented a credit system in MEC courses which is useful for course selection at the time of taking admission and for re-registration.

IGNOU MEC Candidates have to earn a required number of credits every semester or every year to complete and qualify for MEC passing certificate. The selection of the courses can be made at the time of taking fresh admission or re-registration for the subsequent year or semester for the MEC program. IGNOU MEC Credit System

As we all know, IGNOU has implemented a credit system in the MEC program in which the candidates have to earn the required credits to earn an IGNOU MEC certificate. Therefore, each of the MEC courses will have an appropriate number of credits that you will earn only after you complete the particular subject. The MEC candidates can get to know about the total number of credits that they need to earn to become eligible for the IGNOU MEC degree certificate.

IGNOU University is working regularly to revise the MEC Syllabus Structure to fulfill the current demands as well as to keep connected with the latest curriculum that helps students to achieve their goals as per the latest trends. IGNOU has the right to change and update the IGNOU MEC Syllabus at any session to offer only the latest course structure.   3. Dear sir/ma’am this is in reply to your previous mail saying there’s no such paper called MEC005. In exam there were two papers with course code MEC 005 and MEC 105 having same title by name Indian economic policy. Kindly reply.

    1. Hi Amruta, I am in the same situation, there were two papers one 005/ another 105 , I wrote 005 , I don’t know if I did mistake and I will have to write the paper again , I appeared in dec 18 , do you have any recent update on this issue

    2. I was also in the same confusion,the title earlier was 005 nd now become 105.there were little bit change in syllabus nd also the question paper was different for both the titles.you need to prepare for the title which is in your registration details.

    I’m a student from MEC dept
    And as it has been shown that I have to take up an optional course which is 12 point credit for my 2nd year course
    I choose MPA 15 n 17 bcoz both had to be taken toghtr and I got the information that for we MEC student we don’t have to submit our assignment for these paper but to appear only the exam now when I had clear all of my main papers And these paper MPA 15 n 17 also I clear in exam yet it show incomplete why.

  6. Even I was having same problem of Mec 005 and Mec 105. Which to attemp and why so confusing. Another problem about second year paper with title MEDSE 46 but it is not in the list of optional subject list
