IGNOU has recently revised its fees for PGDIPR programme and we have updated new fees on this page. Here candidates can find complete fees for PGDIPR (Post-Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights) by year or semester.

PGDIPR Revised Fees Structure:

  • Total Programme Fees: Rs. 10,200 + Rs. 200 Registration Fees
  • Fees to be paid in 1st Year/Semester: Rs. 10,400

When to pay my PGDIPR Fees?

If PGDIPR student wants to apply through online then they have to pay their fees by online method at the time of submitting application form. If PGDIPR student wants to apply through offline mode then they can pay their fees through demand draft which must be sent to concerned regional centre where IGNOU PGDIPR programme offered.

How to pay PGDIPR Fees?

As per current IGNOU Fees Structure, Candidates can pay PGDIPR Exam and Registration Fees through online mode by Debit Card or Credit Card and Net Banking. For offline payment, two options are available and those are Demand Draft (DD) and Cash Challan.

PGDIPR Fees Refund Policy:

As per IGNOU rules and regulations, once paid PGDIPR Fees will not refundable to students under any circumstances. PGDIPR Fees also not adjustable to any other interested programme so candidates will be self responsible for that cancellation. If IGNOU University reject or denied application of any PGDIPR student then their complete fees will be refunded to student after deduction of PGDIPR registration fee. Refund will be send to student from where they made payment.

    I have one concern about the fees structure related post graduation diploma because I am belongs to schedule caste category so could confirm me I need to pay full fee or not and there is scholarship available or not ?
