IGNOU has recently revised its fees for PGDRD programme and we have updated new fees on this page. Here candidates can find complete fees for PGDRD (Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Development) by year or semester.

PGDRD Revised Fees Structure:

• Total Programme Fees: Rs. 2,400 + Rs. 200 Registration Fees
• Fees to be paid in 1st Year/Semester: Rs. 2,600

When to pay my PGDRD Fees?

If PGDRD student wants to apply through online then they have to pay their fees by online method at the time of submitting application form. If PGDRD student wants to apply through offline mode then they can pay their fees through demand draft which must be sent to concerned regional centre where IGNOU PGDRD programme offered.

How to pay PGDRD Fees?

As per current IGNOU Fees Structure, Candidates can pay PGDRD Exam and Registration Fees through online mode by Debit Card or Credit Card and Net Banking. For offline payment, two options are available and those are Demand Draft (DD) and Cash Challan.

PGDRD Fees Refund Policy:

As per IGNOU rules and regulations, once paid PGDRD Fees will not refundable to students under any circumstances. PGDRD Fees also not adjustable to any other interested programme so candidates will be self responsible for that cancellation. If IGNOU University reject or denied application of any PGDRD student then their complete fees will be refunded to student after deduction of PGDRD registration fee. Refund will be send to student from where they made payment.
