PhDDE Revised Fees Structure:
- Total Programme Fees: Rs. 17,000 + Rs. 200 Registration Fees
When to pay my PhDDE Fees?
If PhDDE student wants to apply through online then they have to pay their fees by online method at the time of submitting application form. If PhDDE student wants to apply through offline mode then they can pay their fees through demand draft which must be sent to concerned regional centre where IGNOU PhDDE programme offered.
How to pay PhDDE Fees?
As per current IGNOU Fees Structure, Candidates can pay PhDDE Exam and Registration Fees through online mode by Debit Card or Credit Card and Net Banking. For offline payment, two options are available and those are Demand Draft (DD) and Cash Challan.
PhDDE Fees Refund Policy:
As per IGNOU rules and regulations, once paid PhDDE Fees will not refundable to students under any circumstances. PhDDE Fees also not adjustable to any other interested programme so candidates will be self responsible for that cancellation. If IGNOU University reject or denied application of any PhDDE student then their complete fees will be refunded to student after deduction of PhDDE registration fee. Refund will be send to student from where they made payment.
