For the December 2025 TEE, the submission window is open until 31 October 2025. After submission, students can track their assignment status regularly through the official IGNOU portal to confirm whether their assignments are received, in process, or evaluated.

IGNOU Assignment Status Update Process & Time
After submission of assignments through any of the available methods, the assignments go for an evaluation to the evaluator of the study center or regional center. Once the Evaluator has successfully evaluated your assignment then they will either upload your marks directly on the IGNOU Official Site or it will be sent to IGNOU Delhi for updating online and thereafter it can be seen by each student to get their report. You can get your Marks, Status, Grades, and Results of your Assignments from here. How to Check IGNOU Assignment Status 2025?
Many students are confused about how to check their assignment marks and status after submission. Follow the steps below:

Step 2: Enter your Enrollment Number. Step 3: Select your Programme Code from the dropdown list. Step 4: Click Submit to view your assignment status.

Note – IGNOU Assignment status may take some time to get updated online so candidates are requested to keep checking their status regularly to find their assignment marks from here. IGNOU Assignment Status Meaning
When you check through the IGNOU assignment status, you may come up with three different statuses accordingly. Here are the meanings of these statuses that you notice on the window:

IGNOU Assignment Result and Marks Checking Process 2025
The assignment status will show you when the evaluation is done. The university will start updating your marks on the grade card as soon as the evaluation of the assignments is done. So, you must check the grade card after the assignment status says you to do so.
Step – 1 – Visit the official IGNOU portal at www.ignou.ac.in and go to Student Zone.
Step – 2 – Search for Results and click on it.
Step – 3 – From the left panel, click on Grade Card.
Step – 4 – Provide your program, course, and enrolment number to search and get your grade card.
As you see your grade card, you can check whether the university has updated your assignment marks on it or not. If the search results are leading to an error, this means the university has not yet started updating the grade cards of the students for this semester.
Why is my IGNOU assignment status showing “not found”?
If your IGNOU assignment status is still showing as “not found” or incomplete after you’ve submitted all of them, it could be due to processing delays or technical issues. Here’s what you can do:

What If IGNOU Assignment Status Is Not Updated?
Sometimes the update process of IGNOU Assignment status gets delayed for an unknown reason like the evaluation of assignments is delayed in the concerned study center or maybe the regional center has not uploaded your assignment marks online. I have successfully completed 12 subject out of 13 in BA examination but till now the marks obtained by me in the assignment of ACS-01 not uploaded though I have submitted the assignment paper of ACS-01 more than one year back in September 2019 and I have submitted photo copy of my enrollment card and a photo copy of assignment receipt along with the usual form for obtaining assignment marks as ask for by the regional center.
In this connection I like to inform you that the marks obtained by me in the written examination in ACS-01 is far below my expectation held in September 2020 due to pandemic situation but I failed to apply for reevaluation becsuse it was beyond my knowledge that IGNOU should uploaded results well before i complete my other examination!! and the second reason is the online revaluation form was not appear in the net in time!! However, I have applied for the copy of the answer script of ACS-01.
