IGNOU Exam Form June 2025 – The university has officially extended the submission deadline for the IGNOU Online Examination Form for the Term End Exam (TEE) session in June 2025. This applies to both ODL (Open Distance Learning) and Online Programs.

• Without Late Fee: The deadline for submitting the examination form without a late fee has been extended to 28th April 2025.
• With Late Fee: Students can submit the examination form with a late fee of ₹1100 from 29th April 2025 to 4th May 2025.

If you plan to appear for the upcoming June 2025 TEE, whether for ODL or Online programs, you must fill out the Online Exam Form for your selected program to be eligible for the examination. Before filling out your exam form, ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria set by IGNOU for term-end exams.

This is to clarify and inform all IGNOU students that the submission of the IGNOU Exam Form is mandatory for each and every term-end examination for all students to get qualify for any Term-end examination of IGNOU. The person who missed submitting the exam form will be not eligible to appear for any of the examinations conducted by the university.

IGNOU Exam Form June 2025

The submission of the IGNOU Exam Form for the June 2025 Term-End Examination (TEE) has officially started. As scheduled, the form was released on time without any delays. The TEE June 2025 is set to be conducted from 12th June 2025 to 19th July 2025, as per IGNOU’s tentative date sheet. Students are advised to visit the official portal and complete the form submission well before the deadline.

IGNOU allows students to submit their examination forms through two methods:

1. Online Method (Recommended & Widely Used)
   Candidates must fill out and submit the exam form online via the IGNOU Samarth Portal. This method is fast, convenient, and can be done from anywhere. The exam fee must also be paid online through secure payment options available on the portal.

2. Offline Method (Available for Limited Categories)
   In some exceptional cases — such as for students in international centers or prison inmates — IGNOU permits offline submission of the exam form through their regional centers. This is, however, limited and not applicable to regular students.

Students should ensure the following before submitting the exam form:

• Registration is valid and not time-barred.

• Assignments for the respective course(s) have been submitted.

• Minimum duration of the course has been completed.

• ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits) has been created (mandatory for all learners).

Requirements Before Submission of IGNOU Exam Form

Check Previous Exam Results: Before filling out the exam form, it’s recommended to check your last session IGNOU Result status. This helps ensure that you are not re-applying for a course you’ve already passed and are only applying for eligible pending or failed subjects.

• Valid Course Registration: Your registration for the courses should be valid and not time-barred.

• Assignment Submission: You must have submitted the required number of assignments for the courses by the due date, as per the provisions of your programme.

• Minimum Duration Completion: You should have completed the minimum time to pursue these courses as stipulated in your programme’s guidelines.
• Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID: Creation of an ABC ID is mandatory. Students are required to create this ID while filling the Term-End Examination Form; otherwise, their grades/marks will not be reflected on the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC)/DigiLocker, which might affect the timely declaration of results.
• Course Selection: For programmes like BA, BSc, and BCom, course codes are listed separately. Ensure that you select your courses accurately based on your programme structure.
• Exam Centre Selection: Exam centres are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the seating capacity at your chosen exam centre is full, you may be allotted the nearest or an alternate exam centre under the jurisdiction of the same Regional Centre.
• Hall Ticket: The Hall Ticket should be retained for future purposes, including attending project submissions and practical examinations. A copy of the Hall Ticket may be submitted along with Project Reports/Dissertation/Field Work Journal/Internship/Practicum at the time of submission, either in online mode or offline mode, and also for attending Practical Examinations.

All candidates are advised to follow the online procedure for submitting the Term-End Exam Form for the upcoming session of June 2025. Under exceptional circumstances, such as for international students or prison inmates, candidates may be permitted to download offline exam forms and submit them to IGNOU to appear in the upcoming exam. However, this is limited to specific cases, and students should always opt for the online mode unless explicitly instructed otherwise by their Regional Centre.

IGNOU Exam Form June 2025 Last Date 

IGNOU Online Exam Form submission for the upcoming June 2025 will be officially open soon by the university for all eligible students to apply online. It is now expected that the submission dates will be started on their scheduled dates without any delays. Therefore, candidates are now requested to look at the expected dates regarding the start and the last date for the TEE June 2025 exam form submission. How To Fill IGNOU Online Exam Form 2025?

1. Go to the IGNOU Examination Portal.

2. Read the Guidelines:

   • Carefully read the instructions provided for the online submission of the examination form.

3. Proceed to Fill the Form:

   • Click on the link for online submission of the examination form for June 2025 TEE.

4. Enter Enrollment Details:

   • Provide your 9-digit enrollment number.

   • Select your program code from the dropdown menu.

5. elect Examination Centre:

   • Choose your preferred examination centre code. Note that centres are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. If your chosen centre is full, you may be allotted an alternate centre under the jurisdiction of the same Regional Centre.

6. Choose Courses:

   • Select the courses for which you wish to appear in the June 2025 TEE. Ensure that:

     • Your registration for the courses is valid and not time-barred.

     • You have submitted the required assignments for the courses by the due date.

     • You have completed the minimum time to pursue these courses as per the provision of your programme.

7. Enter ABC ID:

   • Provide your Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID. The creation of ABC ID has been made mandatory by the Government. Without it, your grades/marks will not be reflected on the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC)/DigiLocker and might affect timely declaration of results.

8. Pay Examination Fee:

   • The examination fee is ₹200 per course (theory and practical/lab courses).

   • For students admitted from January 2023 onwards, additional fees apply:

     • Practical Fees:

       • Up to 4 credits: ₹300 per course

       • Above 4 credits: ₹500 per course

     • Project Fees:

       • Up to 4 credits: ₹300 per course

       • Above 4 credits: ₹500 per course

   • Make the payment online using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking through HDFC or IDBI Bank.

9. Confirmation:

IGNOU Exam Fee June 2025

Note: The university has revised the IGNOU Exam Fees for practical courses as well as project courses. The same will be applicable for TEE June 2025. How To Change the IGNOU Exam Centre?

It is noted that the students can not change their examination centre for the term-end examination June 2025 either by submitting an online application through email or an offline application in the form of a letter to the RC. It was possible earlier when a candidate could change their exam centre through online mode. Now, the university has decided to not accept any applications to change the examination selected by the students at the time of submission of the IGNOU June 2025 Exam Form.

Therefore, the candidates are requested to make the final choice while selecting of exam centre because you won’t be permitted to change it letter in any circumstances.

IGNOU Exam Form Refund Policy 2025

As we all know that IGNOU Fees are non-refundable so if you want to skip your examination after submission of your exam form then you won’t get any refund of your paid fees to the online exam form portal. It is noted that if you had paid your examination fees twice because of transaction failure or any other server issue then you are eligible to get a refund for excessive payment of fees. Candidates can make a request for a refund of excessive payment of exam fees after the issue of the IGNOU Hall Ticket.

If you are an International Student of IGNOU University then you have to submit your exam form and fees through offline mode only. Online Mode is not available for overseas candidates so submit your offline exam form with required fees at the international division of IGNOU, New Delhi.

IGNOU Exam Form Status June 2025
