Myself Y Lakshminarasimha , No. 175622338, a Blind student I had paid exam fee for BA final year for appearing exams in June 2020 but the exams were shifted to Oct-Nov because of COVID. I could not appear for exam in Oc-Nov 20 because of restricted movement for my place to the exam centre in Bengaluru for which IGNOU also admitted permissino to appear in Dec20 with validating all the exam fee etc.. Now the assignments submitted through online whether again to be submitted ?. So far no mention of assignments and the status of the grades for the assignments are not updated . It shows blank. What could be the reason .

And my other problem is that now I am in the Mumbai but my regenal centre in Visakhapatnam. I want to give my exams from Mumbai but when I fill-up exam form , there is only 5-6 exam centre codes shown in the exam center code box they all exam centre are in Visakhapatnam or nearby Visakhapatnam.
There is no option to fill up Mumbai exam centre code.
