IGNOU has released official guidelines for the submission of the exam form for the upcoming December 2025 TEE session. Students are advised to read them carefully before submission.
Before filling out the Exam Form, ensure the following:
- Your registration is valid and not time-barred.
- You have submitted the required assignments for the respective courses.
- You have completed the minimum duration of the course as per IGNOU rules.
- You have created your Academic Bank of Credits (ABC ID) — mandatory for all learners.
- The exam centre you select will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. If it’s full, an alternate centre under the same Regional Centre may be assigned.

IGNOU Exam Form December 2025 – How to Fill Online (Step-by-Step)
Follow the steps below to submit your IGNOU Exam Form online for the December 2025 Term-End Examination:
- Visit the official IGNOU Examination Portal: https://exam.ignou.ac.in/
- Click on “Online Submission of Examination Form for TEE December 2025.”

I didn’t understand this concept of Ignou University. We are to submit our assignments on 31st March 2019 and yet, the form has already surfaced which cannot be filled until assignments are submitted. And if you plan to indeed plan to first submit your assignment and then fill up the form, you have to pay extra Rs.1000 which is considered to be ‘late fee’? Why is the University doing this?
