IGNOU Recruitment 2024 – IGNOU has announced a campus placement drive for 5 different positions on 23rd February 2024 for IGNOU students. The university has invited companies to recruit IGNOU students in different positions. Eligibility Criteria
IGNOU has mentioned some specific eligibility for candidates who will attend the interview through the placement process. These are:
- Candidates should possess great communication skills like listening and communicating well.
- Also, the candidates should have interpersonal skills as well as a problem-solving attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Applicants must also be fluent in Hindi and English.
- The age eligibility is between 18 to 27 years.
- The minimum education qualification is graduation.
Applicants must reach the venue before 11:00 am, otherwise, late candidates will not be allowed to participate in the recruitment process.

Selection Process
Both companies will conduct a pre-placement talk to explain the company to the applicants. After the discussion, the members will recruit the candidates in two steps at the IGNOU Placement.
| Group Discussion | The first round will be a group discussion where a group of candidates will be provided with a topic on which they will present their positive and negative views. The recruiter will judge communication skills during this session. |
| Interview | Candidates who have been selected after the Group Discussion will appear for the personal round of interviews after which the final selection of candidates will be done. |
Documents Required for the Recruitment Process
Applicants who will participate in the selection process must carry these documents without fail:
- 2 copies of their updated CV or resume
- 2 scanned copies of the IGNOU Identity Card along with the original card.
- Scanned and attested copies of Aadhar and PAN cards along with the original documents.
- Educational documents and their scanned copies..
- COVID Vaccination certificates.
- Documents to prove earlier employment along with the last 3 months’ salary proof.
- 2 photographs in passport size.
The university has also suggested coming mentally prepared for the recruitment because the process may last till the evening.
