What If I was not able to appear in December 2024?

If you missed appearing for the IGNOU December 2024 Term-End Examination, you are allowed to reappear for those pending subjects in the June 2025 TEE, provided the following conditions are met:

• You have paid the required examination fee for each course you want to reappear in (typically ₹200 per course).
• Your registration for the program is still valid (i.e., within the maximum duration allowed).

IGNOU Examination Clashing with Other Courses?

If your Term End Examination is clashing on the same day with your CA, CAT, or other professional degree courses then you must wait for the next date sheet update from IGNOU Head. We also advised students to raise a request at IGRAM.ignou.ac.in or mail at datesheet@ignou.ac.in so that the IGNOU Head can consider your request at the time of updating the December 2024 session Date Sheet.

According to the tentative date sheet clash of date/sessions will not be considered in case of;
Same Group Courses:

1. The courses belong to the same group i.e. Group-1 to Group-6 since the exams for these courses are held on the same date and time.
2. Backlog Courses: The course is a backlog course from different years.
3. If different courses are from different programs.
4. Different Specializations: For MP programs, if courses are from different specializations.

If you are appearing in the regular semester or year examination with the back papers then there will be a chance that two papers will be clashing at the same time. If any situation arises like this, then candidates are advised to appear for the regular courses first and then submit a back paper exam form again in the next TEE to complete the back subject.
