Prospectus of MBA Banking and Finance can obtained from Director, Student Service Centre, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi or from any IGNOU Regional Centre, in person on payment of Rs. 1000 in cash. You can also download Application From from here and send it to IGNOU along with a DD of Rs. 1000.
