IGNOU Fee Structure 2024
When you apply for admission at IGNOU, the fee structure is divided into two parts. The first one is the Registration Fee and the second one is the Program Fee. All the students have to pay a Registration Fee to gain admission into the university. Apart from the Registration Fee, the students will have to pay the Program Fee according to the course in which they are taking admission.
IGNOU Registration Fees 2024
IGNOU has a fixed Registration Fee to fetch admission into the university. You must understand that this fee is non-refundable. So, you must apply for admission to the university only when you are sure about it. There are 3 types of Registration Fees that you may have to pay according to the course you are selecting. These are:

| PGDGM, PGDMCH, PGDHHM, PGCMOM, PGDHIVM, and DNA | Rs. 500/- |
| BCOMAF and MCOMFT | Rs. 800/- |
IGNOU Program Fees 2024
Apart from the Registration Fee, you also have to pay the IGNOU Program Fees according to the course in which you are taking admission. If you wish to know the program fees in advance, you must check the brochure of the university first. The brochure has all the details about different programs and courses along with duration and fees. Check out the fee structure and decide whether you can afford it or not before applying for admission.
IGNOU Fee Structure for International Students 2024
The IGNOU Fee Structure for international students is much different from that of the domestic students. In fact, in terms of fee structure, the international students are divided into two parts and these are SAARC students and Non-SAARC students. The registration fee and the program fees of SAARC students are different from that of the Non-SAARC students.
For example, the non-refundable registration fee for the SAARC students is Rs. 2000/-. On the other hand, the registration fee for the Non-SAARC students is $100.

IGNOU Fee Refund Policy 2024
IGNOU allows its students to cancel new admissions. However, you must know about the various Fee Refund Policies maintained by the university.
The university will not refund the registration fee amount. However, you can claim back your program fees under the below conditions.
- If you cancel your admission before the university confirms it, you are eligible to get 100% refund of your program fees.
- If the university has already confirmed the admission, and you claim refund within 15 days from the confirmation date, the university will refund your fee after deduction Rs. 500.
- Similarly, the university will deduct Rs. 1000 if you claim refund within 16 days to 90 days from the confirmation date.
- If you you claim refund after 90 days from the confirmation date, you are no more eligible for any refund.
So, be very cautious while you are registering into the university. Also, in case if you want to cancel your admission, make sure that you take your decision as early as possible to lose lesser money.
