IGNOU University invites exam form submission by two methods. Online as well as Offline. In the Online method, candidates have to fill their application form through online mode. Online procedure is fast and reliable which can be completed in a few minutes. Candidates have to pay their IGNOU Exam Fee also through online mode.
In Offline mode, candidates have to first download an examination form from our page and then they have to submit their exam form to the concerned regional centre. Fees also pay through offline mode like cash, DD, Cash challan which followed by the regional centre. Application form for the exam is also available at the regional centre. It is noted that now only a few IGNOU Centres are accepting exam form submission through offline mode.

Note: IGNOU Exam Fees will be the same for the Term End Theory exam and Practical exam. Candidates have to pay the required fees for all courses for those he/she wants to appear in Dec 2019 session exam. If your course includes project work then contact the concerned department for payment of project fees.
Read Before Submission of Exam Form:
- You must submit the required Assignments for your program to concerned study center before filling your exam form online
- Check your last session IGNOU Result status and then apply for an upcoming exam
- Student’s Registration or admission must be valid
- They must be eligible for course for which they want to fill the examination form
- Candidate must be completed the minimum duration between admission and examination
- Keep in mind that course code for BA/BSc/BCom is BDP and MLIS is MLS
All candidates have to follow the online procedure because it is available for you to submit Term End Exam Form to university for the upcoming session Dec 2019. Candidates can download offline exam forms to submit to IGNOU to appear in the upcoming exam.
Important Dates for IGNOU Exam Form June 2020
IGNOU Online Exam form submission will be open in March 2020 by the university for Term End Exam session June 2020. Candidates are advised to read our given guidelines to fill their examination form properly. The Last date for online submission of Exam Form is also given in the list so that candidates can fill their form before the deadline.
Online Exam Form Filling Starting Date: 2nd March 2020 (Expected)
Last Date without Late Fees: 31st March 2020 (Expected)
Last Date with Late Fee of Rs 500: 1st to 30th April 2019 (Expected)
Last Date with Late Fee of Rs 1000: 1st to 5th May 2020 (Expected)
Closing Notice – IGNOU Exam Form submission is now closed for Dec 2019 session as per the schedule decided by IGNOU Authority. If you failed to submit your exam form then you have to wait for the next session examination. Now there is no chance that IGNOU will be re open examination form for the current session so do prepare for the next TEE.
Update – The last date for submission of IGNOU Online Exam Form without late fee is now due so candidates have to pay prescribed late fees while submitting their online examination form of IGNOU. We advise to all candidates that they pay their exam fee as soon as possible to prevent from burdon of Rs. 1000 late fees after 20th October 2019.
Important Note – IGNOU University has made few changes in the exam form submission deadlines so we request all students that please read carefully each and every point. Now candidates can fill their exam form without late fees till 20th of the current month and candidates can fill their exam form with late fees till the last date of 5th November 2019 through online mode.
FST-1 and BSHF-1 Exam Updates – As per the official notification, IGNOU will be held the examination for both courses in the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) so candidates are advised to prepare for their examination according to the new method.

Payment Note – We received many queries and comment regarding payment method that what I do if have no account in HDFC and IDBI Bank so here is an answer to it. Candidates can pay their fees from any bank account they have because HDFC and IDBI are just payment gateways so select any one of them to pay your fees from your bank account of any Indian bank.
How Could I Change the IGNOU Exam Centre?
For the first time ever that IGNOU is now allowing students to change their examination centre through online mode if they select it by mistake or they transferring to another place. The link will be live soon on this page and students have to submit a request before the due date.

IGNOU Exam Form Refund Policy 2020
As we all know that IGNOU Fees are non-refundable so if you want to skip your examination after submission of your exam form then you won’t get any refund of your paid fees to the online exam form portal.
IGNOU Exam Form Submission for International Students:
If you are an International Student of IGNOU University then you have to submit your exam form and fees through offline mode only. Online Mode is not available for overseas candidates so submit your offline exam form with required fees at the international division of IGNOU, New Delhi.
IGNOU Exam Form Status June 2020
If you had submitted your Exam form through online mode and paid requested fees successfully then candidates can check their Exam Form submission status from the below link. We have added this link so that students can confirm that their exam form received by IGNOU university or not. So check your exam form status now for the upcoming examination June 2020. Exam Form status will be available for checking after 72 hours or 3 days of submission of exam form.
Note – Candidates have to calculate only working days at the time of checking their exam form status so weekends including Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays will be not calculated as a working day. So if you submit the form on Friday then your status may be available on or after Tuesday.
IGNOU University will be issue IGNU Hall Ticket for all candidates 7 to 10 days before starting of IGNOU University Term End Examination. IGNOU will not issue your hall ticket if you have not submitted your Assignment to the university.
