The refund policy of IGNOU University is very clear. Candidates have to note that once paid program fees will not refundable to candidates as per IGNOU terms and conditions.
But, if your admission getting canceled or rejected by the university then your complete program fees excluding registration fees will be refunded to a particular candidate through online mode.
