I Have completed my mcom first year from IGNOU and received marksheet of first year and provisional certificate for 1 first year mentioned that i have completed diploma.
i have a question here , could you please confirm whether i will receive the original certificate of 1st year diploma. if yes what duration will it take.
i need this for immigration purpose as the WES doesn’t accept the provisional degree.
