IGNOU Study Material Dispatch Status 2023 – After taking admission from IGNOU every student is willing to wait for their printed books and study materials from the university. Candidates can find their IGNOU study material dispatch status for January 2023, July 2022, and earlier sessions from here. Generally, IGNOU study materials are sent from IGNOU Main Campus, Maidan Garhi, Delhi, and sometimes from the concerned regional centre from where a student took admission.

July 2022 Book Dispatch Status (Updated)

The university has updated the study material dispatch status for the most recent admission session July 2022. The students who enrolled in the said session and have opted for the printed copy of study materials can now check their study material status from the following link to check whether it is dispatched or not.

January 2022 Book Dispatch Status

As we all know that the Online Admission session for January 2020 already closed and IGNOU Head Office has started to update the study material dispatch status for those students who took admission in the most recent session Jan 2022. Candidates are advised to keep checking this link to get updated status and the delivery date of your printed study materials.

How To Check IGNOU Study Material Status?

Candidates need to provide their 9 or 10 digit enrollment number which they received at the time of receiving of admission confirmation message. They need to enter the enrolment number and click on submit to find the current status of study material dispatch from IGNOU. If your book’s dispatch status is not yet available to check then please wait and check after a few days.

All Students can trace the complete status of IGNOU study material from this page. Books are sent to the student’s address by post. It is helpful to find that when they will receive their study materials to their address.

In many cases, student’s books are delivered to the concerned regional centre so first confirm from your RC that they received your books from IGNOU Head or not. If it is available at your RC then you can collect from them by showing your IGNOU ID Card.

My Study Materials are not delivered yet, What to do?

If your study material is not delivered to you within maximum time duration then candidates can contact the Study Material Department at IGNOU Head through mail at mpdd@ignou.ac.in to get responses for your query. We also advise our students that they first check their study material dispatch status properly before mailing to the IGNOU Head Office.

The date of delivery passed but my books have not arrived yet?

It seems that your books are delivered to your regional centre so collect from them by visiting the centre.

My study material status showing enrollment number not found, any solution?

It means your study material status still not updated by IGNOU so you should wait for sometime to get your study material status updated online.

Can I Change Address after Dispatch of Study Material?

No. You can change only before dispatch.

  10. It’s been 4 months I’ve taken admission for July 2002 session still I haven’t received my study material, I’ve also visited the regional centre they told that we don’t know anything you will receive your material by post and asked me to mail to the university about this case.
    I’ve already send 3-4 mails but didn’t get any kind of response. Can you all explain that if we didn’t get our study material on time how will we manage to study and can clear our exams! Atleast give response to our mails how can you all considered yourself as a university if this is the result you all gave to the students. I’m requesting please look into this matter.
