IGNOU Study Material Dispatch Status 2020-2021 – After taking admission from IGNOU every student is willing to waiting for their hard books and study materials from the university. Candidates can find study materials dispatch status for July 2018, January 2019, July 2019, January 2020, July 2020, and January 2021 sessions from here. Generally, study materials are sent from IGNOU Head Campus, Maidan Garhi, Delhi, and sometimes from the concerned regional centre from where a student took admission.

Candidates need to provide their 9 digit enrollment number which they received in the admission confirmation message. They need to enter the enrolment number and click on submit to find the current status of study material dispatch from IGNOU. If your book’s dispatch status is not yet available to check then please wait and check after a few days.

All Students can trace the complete status of IGNOU study material from this page. Books are sent to the student’s address by post. It is helpful to find that when they will receive their study materials to their address.

In many cases, student’s books are delivered to the concerned regional centre so first confirm from your RC that they received your books from IGNOU Head or not. If it is available at your RC then you can collect from them by showing your IGNOU ID card.

My Study Materials are not delivered yet, What to do?

If your study material is not delivered to you within maximum time duration then candidates can contact the Study Material Department at IGNOU Head through mail at mpdd@ignou.ac.in to get responses for your query. We also advise our students that they first check their study material dispatch status properly before mailing to the IGNOU Head Office.

The date of delivery passed but my books have not arrived yet?

It seems that your books are delivered to your regional centre so collect from them by visiting the centre.

My study material status showing enrollment number not found, any solution?

It means your study material status still not updated by IGNOU so you should wait for sometime to get your study material status updated online.

Can I Change Address after Dispatch of Study Material?

No. You can change only before dispatch.
