IGNOU has recently revised its fees for CETM programme and we have updated new fees on this page. Here candidates can find complete fees for CETM (Certificate in Energy Technology and Management) by year or semester.

CETM Revised Fees Structure:

  • Total Programme Fees: Rs. 3,000 + Rs. 200 Registration Fees
  • Fees to be paid in 1st Year/Semester: Rs. 3,200

When to pay my CETM Fees?

If CETM student wants to apply through online then they have to pay their fees by online method at the time of submitting application form. If CETM student wants to apply through offline mode then they can pay their fees through demand draft which must be sent to concerned regional centre where IGNOU CETM programme offered.

How to pay CETM Fees?

As per current IGNOU Fees Structure, Candidates can pay CETM Exam and Registration Fees through online mode by Debit Card or Credit Card and Net Banking. For offline payment, two options are available and those are Demand Draft (DD) and Cash Challan.

CETM Fees Refund Policy:

As per IGNOU rules and regulations, once paid CETM Fees will not refundable to students under any circumstances. CETM Fees also not adjustable to any other interested programme so candidates will be self responsible for that cancellation. If IGNOU University reject or denied application of any CETM student then their complete fees will be refunded to student after deduction of CETM registration fee. Refund will be send to student from where they made payment.
