IGNOU PGDLAN Credit System
As we all know, IGNOU has implemented a credit system in the PGDLAN program in which the candidates have to earn a total of 32 credits to obtain the IGNOU PGDLAN certificate. Therefore, each of the PGDLAN courses will have an appropriate number of credits that you will earn only after you complete the particular subject. The PGDLAN candidates can get to know about the total number of credits that they need to earn to become eligible for the IGNOU PGDLAN degree certificate.

PGDLAN is a good diploma course but if you want to grow in librarian field master’s in library science is better then this course. Because after masters you have more options like University level librarian or ugc net etc. In today’s job sector every school and college required master degree in library science.
