Bachelor Degree is the next step after completion of Higher Secondary Examination or HSC from your state board or CBSE. As per the current timing, many of the students want to get admission in Bachelor’s Degree to continue their further studies after secondary education. Bachelor Degree is a major and common degree to earn Post Graduate Degree or Master Degree in the future.
Bachelor Degree is an Under Graduate level degree courses and its minimum duration is 3 years while its maximum duration is 6 years. There are two levels of bachelor degree are considered and they are honours (Major in IGNOU) and non-honours. In honours degree, Candidates have to more focus on the particular discipline while in the non-honours, candidates have to study selected courses from each discipline.
Generally 12th standard and 10th with Diploma is considered for taking admission in bachelor’s degree. If you have haven’t studied 10th or 12th standard then you can simply do BPP from IGNOU to get eligible for IGNOU Bachelor Degree programmes.
